Your Windshield & Auto Safety
The windshield is a critical part of your vehicles structural integrity as it works as a crash managing system in an event of an accident. The windshield minimizes the amount of damage by pulling together the frame, body, windows, and air bag features. If avehicle already has a cracked or chipped windshield, the possibility that the crash management system will go wrong, increases. Windshields are required by law, in the U.S., to be crafted with laminated glass, which is a plastic layer surrounded by multiple sheets of curved glass on either side. The windshield is affixed to the car's frame using durable polyurethane. Its structure makes it much less likely to shatter and much more flexible than regular glass. Crash test experts estimate that a vehicle's structural strength comes from the windshield during rollover accidents. The windshield absorbs much of the impact during an airbag deployment. This means that any chips or cracks that go unprepared might actually diminish the windshield's efficacy as a structural component of the car.

FREE Windshield Chip Repair
Chips and cracks of ALL sizes should be brought to immediate attention. Small cracks and chips present a safety hazard when located within the driver's line of vision. A chip or crack in a windshield can easily spread especially by the influence of cold conditions, moisture in the air, slight impact, and every day driving. Waiting can often cause more damage and cost more money than getting it fixed right away.
Our Windshield Chip Repair Process
A resin material (that looks and feels just like glass) is used to fix a chip or crack in a windshield. Small holes are drilled into the damaged glass by using specialty tools. Suction is used to remove any air pockets created from impact and creates a miniature vacuum on your car's windshield to lower the stress on the glass. The resin is then injected into specific locations to fill the imperfections. As the resin sets, it changes from a liquid to a solid adhesive allowing the glass to hold together and provide maximum strength.
