Mike Basil Wins Multiple Awards for 2017 Performance

The Basil Family Dealerships is proud to announce several awards for the 2017 performance year of Mike Basil, of Basil Toyota & Basil VW.

Mike is beaming with pride about the achievements and stated “The awards are a result of an incredibly talented, dedicated bunch of people working as a team. We love what we do and that is reflected in the service we provide to our customers. I am so proud of every one of my employees for the achievements!”

Last month Mike was a nominee for the Time Dealer of the Year Award for the 2nd time. The TIME Dealer of the Year program honors new-car dealers in America who exhibit exceptional performance in their dealerships and perform distinguished community service. Mike was nominated by the NYS Dealer Association, and it is truly an honor just make it to the elite club of nominees for this prestigious award.

Basil Toyota’s 10th Consecutive President’s Award

Meanwhile, Basil Toyota was awarded the Toyota President’s Award, for the 10th consecutive year. This prestigious award acknowledges the dealership as a leader that excels in all facets of its operations and is awarded to only the top Toyota Dealers in the nation. The President’s Award honors our top dealers in the New York Region who excel in all areas of their operation. This award recognizes dealerships that continue to go above and beyond at each customer touch point and represent the best of the best.

Basil Toyota Win’s Buffalo Business First’s Best Places to Work

Furthermore, Basil Toyota was also awarded the top spot in Buffalo Business First’s Best Places to Work, Medium Category! This award was based on a survey of all part time and full time employees and covers a range of topics from benefits and pay to culture and work-life balance!

Last, but certainly not least, Basil VW once again won the VW Wolfsburg Crest Club Award. This award is given out to the top VW dealers, based on sales volume, customer satisfaction and sales efficiency. We are proud to be apart of the top 50 VW dealers in the nation. This is the second year that Basil VW has been a member of the elite club, of which we are the only VW dealer in WNY to be apart.
